I’ve been intrigued with growth and development from a young age. Ever since I was a little girl, I was fascinated with transformation… spending hours outside observing and enjoying plants and flowers in the natural world around me. 

This interest in growth led me to my first job out of grad school, where I taught French to middle school students in Philadelphia. Later I relocated to San Francisco where I taught English as a Second Language to adults and then on to Tokyo where I was “sensei” at a private university. 

When I came back from Japan, I knew I wanted to grow my career in the corporate world. I got my MBA and launched a business career where I held global leadership roles at some of the most iconic and well-respected companies in the San Francisco Bay Area: Intuit, Gap Inc. and Levi Strauss & Company. 

At Gap I was invited to participate in a year-long coach training program. I found the experience to be life changing and began coaching senior leaders. At Levi Strauss, my role was helping people managers become great coaches. After getting laid off, I decided to start afresh, aligning my strengths with a passion for coaching combined with the freedom to do the work I love. 

In my capacity as an executive coach and leadership consultant, I bring the best of my business knowledge, experience and expertise to my clients, and I relish in the opportunity to help them GROW, TRANSFORM and THRIVE - to be their best and highest selves.
